Warranty Coverage:

Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers defects related to:
✔ Issues with the curing process
✔ Defective materials or improper application
✔ Peeling, cracking, or bubbling of the epoxy coating

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:
* Damage from heavy machinery (e.g., excavators,)

* Accidental damage, neglect, or natural disasters
* Cosmetic wear that does not affect the floor’s structural integrity
* Concrete slab movement or structural failure – If the underlying slab shifts, cracks, or deteriorates, this is outside the scope of our epoxy flooring installation warranty.
* Natural variations in epoxy flake & metallic finishes – Every epoxy flake and metallic coating is unique, with slight variations in texture and appearance. While we take every measure to ensure precision and consistency, these subtle differences are an inherent characteristic of the material and process and are beyond our control.
